Need some help on current market for QA engineers. I am currently having 11 years of experience and my current CTC is 11LPA. Recently I got an offer from TCS. How much we can ask for. I know my current CTC is too less as I stick to only 2 companies in all this 11 years.
Please let me know your suggestions.

Is the PGDM course from UpGrad good for moving forward in the data science domain. ? Please help me as I’m thinking of pursuing something alongside work as I cannot leave my work due to financial condition. I wanna excel forward in this domain. Currently having 2.5 YoE in data science and analytics.

How do you all handle working at a place that doesn’t really listen to your ideas early but then eventually move towards that same concept later? I’m trying to not give up because I’ve invested so much time but at some point it’s time to move on to another opportunity.

How much programming language is important for a QA Engineer..

Need your inputs, I have experience in Java Automation for past 2 years.. now my yet join company is using Ruby for Automation. Not a big deal in learning about ruby. Only worried about that if I continue here, in process of learning ruby I might have unlearn java. If I need to come out then openings on Automation with ruby in the market is pretty much less I think..
