Had an extremely bull shit experience with Cognizant, the HR team clearly uploaded that there's a walk-in for freshers in non voice BPO, when we reached the venue they said 2026 candidates are not eligible cuz we don't have the provisional certificate yet!They should've mentioned this before uploading vacancies in various websites! When I confronted them, they said we're not responsible, they didn't even care to apologize and said"That's it for the day, you all can leave" worst experience ever!

SPHR exam- has anyone ever been “randomly selected” for an application audit? This just happened to me and the sheer amount of effort that is going to go into collecting all the documents almost makes me not want to follow through. Since I didn’t finish undergrad, they’re asking for a copy of my high school diploma or transcript and that itself is going to be an absolute nightmare to get hold of. I got offer from cognizant for skills appium(mobile testing), selenium. My yoe is 2.8 yrs. Designation is PA. DOJ is 29th dec. So are they projects in cognizant for testing or they will keep on bench. And projects are more of manual or automation testing
