Healthy design discussions with developers vs. open season on the designers. Last month with one dev team it felt like open season, they argued with most of my decisions and the spirit seemed to be they wanted to design the app. Other teams I have worked with there was a lot of collaboration, what was technically feasible in the allotted time, or someone had solved a problem differently in another context. That to me is healthy discussion. Thoughts? Experiences?

Do you sometimes think that the value of education is so less these days?
I sometimes get jealous with the content creators getting their first house or first car (luxury cars) under age of 25.
An influencer/actor (who might even not know the basic ingredients or raw materials of a product) get paid from lakhs to crore to promote a product while an engineer who is involved in the product of that particular product gets only around 3-7 lakhs for the complete year.

My friend is getting divorced. His ex works for the Trump admin and is deeply brainwashed. She has asked that they pls act like the election did not take place and do not tell the kids. She srsly believes the courts will overthrow the decision. And that God sent her to work there for this purpose. She said “we have 70 days to complete our mission”.
