Has anyone else noticed how quickly your tone gets policed in this industry? I once gave clear, direct feedback during a project review, nothing rude, just concise and honest, and got pulled aside the next day to “be more mindful of how I come across.” Meanwhile, my male colleague literally interrupted three people in the same meeting, contradicted a VP, and was praised for “taking charge.” It’s frustrating to feel like we have to soften every sentence just to avoid being labeled difficult. Do you feel like you're constantly editing yourself to be more “likable” at work? How do you handle this double standard?

After some research i decided to get into Cloud Computing. I've done Microsoft Azure course and cleared AZ 104 Certification for Azure Administrator.
