Anyone help me understand my inherent issue? I tend to lift myself up amazingly during rough times and create top-notch opportunities for me. But I somehow falter / do not live up to the expectations when I am in a good state of life or when opportunities present itself easily. Second inherent issue: most people transition in their career seamlessly or at least with minor obstacles. For me that transition comes with pauses and immense stress. Trying to understand how I could change this? TIA!

Why doesn’t D align the performance year with the fiscal year when they pay us in Sep? Why is it that we are evaluated Mar to Feb when the firm’s performance is evaluated from June to May. Everyone worked their ass off until Mar and the firm did well as-well until then. Ideally if bonus is based on last years performance (firm + individual) then it would have been all fine. But now you are not only screwed this year but next year aswell.
