If I’m quoted 5.5 rate is it unwise to buy down to 5%? I plan on holding the home even if i move into a rental eventually. I guess I’m asking if you all think any chance rates go down because of a recessionary period…any folks have anecdotes of past recession and rates? It’s a good area and the home I’m looking at is 4/2.5 2000 sqft in an area w good schools so I’m less afraid of value drops in short term (listed 270k in tx)

I feel that they interact a lot and I'm a little worried of her getting too close to him. A day ago she asked him for lunch and they were out for almost 4-5 hrs. When I expressed how I felt she keeps saying there's nothing going on. I feel that when start to get emotionally close to some other guy than SO then it's not a good sign in relationship.
