I've changed roles and teams internally before. Wouldn't go so far as to say I've rebranded, though. After you've worked somewhere long enough, you have an identity and reputation and that doesn't usually change much.
I have no idea what rebranding myself would even look like. I've changed over time and I do things differently today than I might have years ago. I'm still myself, for better or worse.

Do you mean rebrand in terms of your attitude and approach or in terms of the skills/expertise you are know for?

Yes. At my previous agency, I was a traditional copywriter. As tech and social media grew, I made a shift towards experiential marketing when others didn’t. I ended up leading teams in that work. At my current job I’m shifting from UX to a lot of AI work mainly because I started learning earlier than most.

That sounds like a great natural
Progression and feels like a good place to be. You can continue to establish yourself, if you want to, be leading others in learning that space. The rebranding thing takes a lot of self merchandising and celebrating and selling your work, which I don’t think everyone has the patience or tolerance for.
