If you’re Senior 3 and acting manager already, how likely can you find an industry job with manager title (ie Internal Audit Manager)? Some industry jobs for IA Manager ask for like 7-10 years of experience but the job description is honestly just Senior level work.

I’ve seen people at my clients in so called Manager roles with 10 years of experience who struggle to do the basics of what a Big 4 Senior does.

I have two opportunities currently.
One is to stay at Meta as a CW for another year in the hopes I convert (my role is quite visible and I feel valuable to my team, and my team has a history of converting CWs). My pay is around $94k.

The other is a consultant role at a well known company (not big 4) where I’ve received positive feedback and have been recommended for a higher pay band - $130k

Hello Fishes, i am expecting offer from Bank of America. They provide me expected role and location. But HR trying to low-ball me with below average offer of 18 LPA which is not even 30% of my current package.

I asked for 26 LPA and said I am expecting a other two offers. But HR keep on stressing with 18 is the max they can offer.
