Have had round 3 of interview process with a company that I think might be the perfect fit on both ends. They told me on Monday that they wanted to interview a few others that they have in mind. All of us were brought to the office. Now that it is the weekend, is it wise for me to reach out to the hiring manager of this job (just so that I give it one last effort to keep me in mind), or is it fruitless? Will it hurt or help me?

Hi guys, i have a current CTC of fixed 30L and I got a variable ~8L (32%). I heard that Bofa doesn't give bonus so what is the ideal one can quote the HR and should look reasonable?
PS - I heard that Bofa gives an average hike of 10% whereas in consulting I have always received hike > 20 or above.
Given this and markets I was hoping for ~50L (considering 30+8)? Any suggestions. Also they are in an urgent requirement for the role to be filled. I need suggestions on this number. Thanks in advance
