Hi folks, how is thoughtworks as an organisation?
Asking because I don't know much about it and have received recruiter's call today. Currently I am working in Deloitte. How is thoughtworks hikes, wlb, does it provide any benefits apart from fixed pay? My research gives me a mixed review: some say it's good, some say that thoughtworks is not stable enough like big 4 or other organisations. Pls help Thoughtworks Deloitte

Just a general information. I attended interview in UST a month ago and cleared technical discussion.I had HR discussion on the very next day.I uploaded all the mandatory documents.I mailed them for my profile status and they replied that they are waiting for the client confirmation.After that they disappeared.Didn't get any reply from HR and Even didn't pick calls also.Yesterday I got a mail like your candidature has been dropped.So attend some more interviews till you get offer.UST Global

What is take home salary if 9.5 lakhs CTC in UST
I have been UST since 3 months and the work culture is quite good here actually, i work for one of their biggest clients and the project is quite smooth, good WLB and flexibility.
Not sure about wfh continuing throughout 2022 as we haven't received any official mail either for wfo or for wfh.
What about the job security in UST and what about the variable pay will they pay us 100% or lesser and when will they give us the variable pay
I have been working with UST for around 4 years. WLB is excellent. But again this may vary across accounts/departments. I have worked across 2 accounts and multiple projects and I never had to work for more than 8-9 hours. Once there was a need to extend and we were compensated fairly.
Our account had official confirmation from HR/Account director that UST is going to call back its employees starting from April 1st in a phased manner and will slowly go back to hybrid mode(a mix of wfh and office)
