Have you ever had a conflict with a coworker that made your job more difficult? How did you—or how would you—address it?

For me, I was able to switch offices and that made life SO much easier.

I had a coworker at my last job that was all but impossible to work with. She was unreliable and combative on top of it, which made for a pretty tense work environment. I finally called her out on something and she completely blew up over it. It would've made my job that much more difficult, but it was apparently the last straw for my manager and she was let go the same day. I don't miss that coworker or that job, but I'll always appreciate that manager for having my back.

I have worked with some unpleasant and confrontational individuals in the past. I have pretty thick skin so I can usually ignore them. However, just because I have thick skin doesn’t mean I will tolerate an office bully others so I will confront these people head on when I need to which really makes work awkward for them not myself lol
