Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

Absolutely! I feel like it’s definitely made me more anxious in all of life
Yes. As soon as I started to get into positions of greater responsibility (in marketing in law firms), I became more anxious and stressed and lost my joie de vivre. Wish I had worked in a different industry. Now I'm pegged as too old to switch industries (I tried after a layoff 3 years ago) even though I have almost 20 years left before I can retire. So I am paying bills and saving as much as I can so that I can hopefully pivot to something else in some other way in a few years.

That’s a common effect of prolonged restraint at work — the system adapts, and the anxiety spreads beyond the original context.

You can always leave.. it’s a free market

But, if you have other commitments that is forcing you to stay back then that’s another thing
This is exactly how I felt at my last job. I wasn’t just anxious and stressed all the time—I’d started getting really impatient with people, even snapping at times. That’s when I knew I had to find a new job, which is exactly what I did.
