Has anybody ever used TEND for any dental cleaning or dental work? I had a cleaning done but was charged for it even though I saw an ad on Instagram that said that the first cleanings are free for new customers. I am waiting on customer service to get back to me on if I can receive a refund. I was also charged for x-rays but nobody told me that I could have sent my x-rays in from my prior dentist and not have had to pay for it. The entire appointment was $645 without insurance.

WFH with roommates in winter has been rapidly deteriorating my mental health and I don’t know how I can fix it. My (joint) lease still has 6 months to go, and I am so uncomfortable doing virtual therapy with roommates always being home that I’ve just stopped going all together. I considered breaking my lease but I don’t want to leave my roommates having to pay my share since it’s joint and I like them. I think I’m deep in a depressive episode right now. I’ve been treading water for months. But I’m sinking to rock bottom now and feel I have no choice but to make real changes in my routine and drop some weekly obligations. Everything to me is a joke, my relationships, love life, and mental health. In the end I got no one and nothing of substance. My parents trigger me, my friend have their own life going. Nothing I do is enough and everything I put up is a facade because everyone expects me to be some kind of version of their imagination and I’m not what they want. I have a fatty liver but my doctor didn’t give me any advice on recommendations on how to combat aside from “lose weight”. Gained 30 lbs during Covid. I am almost 40 y.o and around 285. Sleep training my 32 yr old self: I am a side sleeper and trying to become a back sleeper as I have started developing major wrinkles on the side of my face that I sleep on. I have a plush mattress so I got a relatively firm mattress topper and try to push myself to sleep on the back but I wake up on my back. Any suggestions/tips for how to do this? Hi all, anyone go through extremely heavy period flow? I’ve always had a heavy period flow but never thought it was a concern. Last night I went to sleep wearing 3 extra long pads (don’t wear tampons in the night) and woke up with my pajamas stained all over. I stain all the time but this was just crazy. I also have trouble sleeping sometimes because my cramps get really bad and my leg starts paining unbearably especially in the night. I don’t have insurance right now since im unemployed (cont)

Wow. This morning on a quarterly regional all hands an Accenture Managing Director (and leader) had the group stop for a full minute for thoughts and prayers for the president in the first lady in the wake of their coronavirus diagnosis. Not sharing my feelings... Just leaving this there.

It seems morally wrong that consultants are paid more the PhD biochemists, physicists, engineers and social workers. Why is compensation so disconnected from actual value creation in our society?

This is going to sound crazy - has anyone ever encounter another person showing up for the job on day one? 😕 I really don’t think this is the guy we interviewed on Zoom (for an IT position). I’ve kept it to myself so far. We are now on day three. Don’t know what I should do.
