Move on. Talk to key people individually in the vein of “I came in too hot my bad sorry”
I always bring it up. I don't want my frustration in the moment to impact any of my working relationships moving forward. Plus, I like to work things out quickly instead of letting them linger in awkwardness.
Just be better in the future

Agreed! Thanks for the support.
I've always followed the advice that it's good to write that email and get it out of your system, but have the good sense not to send it. Sometimes it's good, perhaps even healthy, to release the vituperation building inside you. But it's always better to just admire your flaming prose, laugh to yourself over it, and hit delete.

I just move on. Odds are, they understand that we are just people and we all have those tough moments. If somebody is acting differently towards me because I might have been a little bit too curt in my communication, I will let them bring it up and assert themselves. But if they don't care enough to bring it up, neither do I.
A few times. How I deal with it depends on who the person was that I sent the message to. If we already don't get along for the most part, then I probably won't say anything. If it is any of my coworkers that I respect, I always call it out and apologize.
