My background is in tech transactional. I joined a cybersecurity SaaS startup at the end of last year and now also handle more generalist matters in addition to all things commercial-related. Previously a senior manager in product/ analytics with 5+ reports and significant scope at a F50. Took a “manager - strategy” role with no reports in tech 6 months ago for better pay intending to progress back to people management but company downturn has made that unlikely. What should I use for my current title on resumes so it doesn’t look like I regressed or am too junior? Is HubSpot’s Marketing Hub worth the $? Are there other platforms that integrate well with Salesforce? We’ve been using Constant Contact, and importing and exporting lists from Salesforce has been a nightmare, so I’m pushing my company to invest in a full marketing platform.

Anyone noticing an overall decline in sessions? We’re getting such low traffic compared to where we were last year and the year before. I’m having a hard time pinpointing where we’re going wrong, but it’s just seems like it’s on every channel. Sales are down, too. Not sure if this is happening to any other brands, but our partner agency that runs our SEO/search/social said it’s happening to their other clients as well.

EXPERIENCE: 1 year SEO, 3 years data analyst
COUNTER-OFFER: 87k same benefits
REASON 1: programming skills which I use on the job (SQL, R, Google Apps Script). Aka I do more than SEO.
