You give the impression of someone who is young and naive, and also very eager to do this. Everyone is recommending you not to do it for a plateau of very good reasons. However, if you do still feel strongly about this, once you've gauged that the interest could be mutual, shoot your shot after you switch agencies.
She shot her shot with me and it worked. Until I got laid off then she laid me off again 2 weeks later. Still love her though.
In another instance a director level shot their shot and then got revengeful after. Did not end well.
A prior manager of mine met their wife at work. Plenty of others have too. Before apps, plenty of people met their spouses at work. They can also relate being in the same industry. Start small. Ask to do happy hour as a group of colleagues after work. Gauge the interest then.

No, that would be absolutely the wrong thing to do. No matter how thrilling or wonderful it might seem, there's a good chance things will eventually go bad and that means things at work will go really bad. Nobody needs all that drama, no matter how cute someone may be.
Why do you think things would go bad with the work,
On one hand, life is short. Who knows? Who cares!
On the other hand… life is short. You really want to deal with the likely drama that will come out of this?
