Have you ever wondered how wax or paraffin candles are made in a factory?
I hadn’t—until I worked as a Mechanical Engineer at a candle plant. My role was repairing equipment and also building quick prototypes from available materials to test ideas. These small mechanisms showed us how to cut costs in making wicks and candles. In my next posts, I’ll share what I managed to build from materials at hand.
