I had same.
I never put that on cv nor did ever talked about it
Yes. I left within 3 month. But nothing like absconding or something. So no bgv issues
Better to keep only the relevant experiences in the resume. If the HR asks you about the gap you can anyways inform them.
I don't have gap this job I did parellaly with my higher education

Better to be transparent always so you don't have to think about it.
CV is a written form so it's recommended to include all your employers.
While giving an introduction in interviews, it may not be required.
Need not add it in cv but definitely mention it once you clear the interviews and before bgv starts
Not disclosing it may cause the bgv to fail
If you are giving interview of MNC, then you should. Almost every MNC verifies PF portal. So it doesn't matter whether if you mention it in your resume or not, after clearing the interview before or after joining during BGV, company will ask for relieving letter of that company. If you don't provide at that time, it will be at company's discretion if they want to continue your employment or terminate it.
Then that's fine. Any company will treat you as fresher only. So no need of salary slip or offer letter.
If it's very recent then you should, or else it's not a big deal
It was not recently it was while I sm pursuing higher graduation
