26M, I have 4.3 yoe with Big data tech stack(AWS,Spark, Hadoop etc). I received offer from EY for 18 LPA. I also have an offer from Deloitte for similar package. I was hoping to join either on of them but now I got couple of offers from startups, where they're offering me 24LPA and 25 LPA. I'm getting confused now, any suggestions would be very much helpful. I just learnt that I'm being promoted to the next level this coming July but I have already planned to exit as I have enrolled myself into a master's degree program outside India. The course begins on Sept 6th which means I have to exit before August 21st.

Should I inform my manager yet? Or wait till I get my visa processed? In that case which date would be feasible to resign?
