Got an offer from Netwest . Grade B7.2 , Fixed CTC offered 20 lacs , , department product control . Could you please let me know what that B7.2 means & how much time it will take to reach to AVP level .

I have over 1 year experience in the financial industry and 2 years working with Salesforce. I live in Louisiana and it's Remote. What salary should I be aiming for?
