HCL - I had cleared 2 technical interview rounds around 10 days ago. After that, I also completed my HR round over call

Now they have scheduled a Project Discussion round.

Can anyone please help me understand Is this also considered an interview round or just they will brief about project

If anyone has recently gone through this, please share your experience

How do you deal with imposter syndrome? I'm a new therapist and I work with a bunch of women who have been doing this for ages. They're all really sweet, but I can't help feeling like I'm way out of my league. I mostly see younger clients which I guess works in my favor, but I just feel like I'm totally incompetent compared to the women I work with.

Trying to explain billable hrs to hubs. I billed 160 this month, which he said “is only 40 hr weeks” (true) - but how many hrs do you figure you “work” or are in the office to bill 150?

Anyone joined top social clubs (i.e. Zero Bond, Norwood, Metropolitan)? Why were you accepted in & did it meet your expectations?

I have been trying to exit consulting for a while now. I am gonna get the EAD card for Gc somewhere around mid next year. Should I wait till I get it or should I make a move? Reason I ask is I’m getting very few callbacks and I think it’s coz I’m on a H1.

First time H1 stamping. Looks like there are no visa interview dates in any of the consulates. Has anyone got their H1 stamped in Iceland /Maldives or any other country?
