​HR at Cognizant is holding my offer because of a 2-week job I had back in 2023. They’re claiming it’s a BGV red flag.
​The stint was only 14 days.
​It happened 3 years ago.
​I have all other documents in order.
​How strict is CTS on "absconding" or unlisted short-term experience? Any tips on how to talk to the recruiter to get this cleared?
