Hello everyone! I am a Judicial Law Clerk, which I have been for a little over two years now. However, I’m planning on moving into the AML/Compliance realm. I have a background in finance, having been a Finance Disbursing Officer in the Army for 6 years with one deployment in that role. Company A giving me Wfh + 20 LPA(15% variable) Company B was giving 18.75( All fixed) hybrid model.

Reason for rejecting Company B was Company A giving me more package and wfh , but now I heard that company A may ask to come to office.
