I used it last year. Would only recommend if you need/are motivated by the structure. It doesn’t tell you anything you don’t inherently already know or couldn’t find with a simple google search.. aka, eat in moderation, understand your impulses and triggers, etc. i did lose ten lbs but dropped it pretty quickly.

Oh also if you look into it and give your email, they’ll flood you with “80% off”, so don’t pay full price if you do decide to do it. For me, that price was worth just trying it out.. was less than one workout class/month
It’s basically calorie counting, articles about food psych, and a “coach” whose job is to motivate you.
If you want a resource to learn from and need a little extra motivation to log your meals, it’s fine. Also the coach isn’t much of a resource, just a cheerleader.
If you just want a calorie/weight tracker and know your habits there are plenty of free options that would be just as good.
