Seeking direction in selecting the most cost effective and fastest route to become an MLS. I have a international STEM BSc (2014), 3 years of research lab experience, 1 year hospital lab experience and 2.5 years veterinary diagnostics experience. I live in Michigan and was told by two schools that my credits have to be less than five years old but I think they are trying to get me to pay more by staying in school for four years. Can anyone offer some guidance? Does my prior exp hold no value?

Would it be difficult to get a job in IA if most of my experience has been auditing private non-404 asset mgmt funds? I really enjoy process walkthroughs when I have them though. Also, does title matter that much in IA? I’m a manager now, but based on job descriptions it looks like I might have to go for a senior auditor role because audit manager roles generally call for 8+ years from what I’m seeing. Can title be negotiated?

What are some fun ideas for projects about describing setting? I was going to have them create travel brochures about the setting of a story of their choice but I think this might be overdone.

What's the quickest way to market a property for rent other than listing it on MLS and all the websites? Should I list on Craigslist and marketplace too? Anything else I can do?

Just got into a minor car accident over the weekend. The other person is claiming injuries but hard to believe since the damage to car was minimal. Feel worried Never been in an accident be4 advice?

Things are apparently going to get better after a client will be leaving, I’ll get to work on different brands but I am feeling pretty burnt out from the agency I’m at. Will new clients help? Or should I look elsewhere. Been at the agency almost 3 years, I feel like I need to switch things up for my sanity.
