Also, does title matter that much in IA? I’m a manager now, but based on job descriptions it looks like I might have to go for a senior auditor role because audit manager roles generally call for 8+ years from what I’m seeing. Can title be negotiated?",

I’ve seen entry level positions asking for 3+ years of experience so I’m not sure that’s the best metric, especially when you already have manager in a title on your resume.
No, I’m saying if you think you’re at the level of manager, apply for that role since the experience requested isn’t necessarily accurate.
The title matters in terms of pay, responsibilities, etc.,
