Guys, I'm 10+ years experienced. I'm fed up of the toxic work culture and my tech here. I'm planning to resign and switch technology. Should I go all in or phased? I would like to spend full 2 months in studying. I have some money saved for basic necessities for a year. Studying while working is not manageable with the 12+hour work daily and weekends. Kindly suggest. Thanks. Cognizant Infosys Accenture IBM Amazon Tata Consultancy

I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY
Have anyone of you given the Amazon Online Assessment for MBA summer internship 2023? If so, how long does it take for Amazon to reach out with a decision about next round post OA ?
It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back anything yet. Looking to see if it’s the same with fellow applicants. Thank you

Anyone have any thoughts on Piper Sandler?
1. Wish I left my job a week earlier than I did. I had three weeks between last date and school starting, but one of those weeks was for a pre-mba program and another week was used to study for waiver exams. This time will be one of the few times in your life where you have this kind of freedom!!! Enjoy it
2. If possible, waive out of classes. I was an Econ major in college and wanted to poke my eyes out during my econ classes. I will caveat this with: I took last semester online so I might’ve felt differently had those classes been in person and I could’ve met more people in my classes. Also my school has grade non disclosure so doesn’t hurt to challenge yourself
3. If you don’t already, have a very good idea of what you want to do for your summer and post-mba. You will be pulled in a million different directions once school starts, so it’s helpful to do the research now and have a focus once recruiting rolls around. I’ve seen classmates who are indecisive recruit for consulting and tech and x, y, and z...that hardly ever ends well for anyone
4. Related to 1: explore pre-mba programs and internships. There are official programs that companies host and you can always reach out to alumni to do an internship
5. (As a 26F) don’t get your hopes up about finding a husband in school...by the posts I’ve seen in the other mba bowl, some of you are going to be very disappointed in the dating scene...meeting a spouse at school has certainly been done, but don’t make that your first priority. There are some girls I know who only talk about this and it’s SO annoying. But I’m single so take with a grain of salt 🤷🏻♀️
