Hearing a lot of mixed to negative reviews about Tiger Analytics. Received an offer few weeks back (Unfortunately?)

The main reason for looking out change was for good WLB and good work culture which was/ is missing in my current company and never heard of TA before.

Now that I see lot of noise about TA, I would like to understand the reality.

What do existing folks suggest? I will keep checking for other companies, but thinking of a worst case scenario with no other offer in hand.

At what point does the value of a degree fall off? I'm in my early 30s, and have five years of experience, and work on a very theoretically interesting project. I believe I'm on track to promotion in the next year. So, I could put in a year of full time school to check the box off, but I'd be sacrificing hobbies and social life (not to mention cost). Is this FOMO or is there real opportunity here?
