I work in FP&A consolidations at a large sell side bank. I moved internally after working in the planning group of a Working Capital Solutions business. I often feel like I would enjoy client facing or advisory work because it would help me build a skill that could translate to me potentially running my own advisory firm one day… I feel my role just looks at numbers on a page which doesn’t help me develop translatable subject matter skills or expertise. I have got an offer from Accenture and the fixed amount is 16lac and the only deduction they said will happen is PF from this 16 lac and it seems I need to bifurcate the split ups for the basic HRA and other allowance during the onboarding time.
Could anyone have any suggestions if this is a normal process for Accenture where they ask us to fill up the split ups.
Also, help me calculate the in hand approx for this.

Hi guys, i have cleared the Accenture interview and also got the HR discussion done. uploaded all the documents in the portal. what are my chances of getting the offer letter???

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? Please share if you know anything about it.

When will the hike letter be released ?
Will the hike be reflected in Nov salary or in dec salary ?
I would like to know avg expected hike for career level 11
