Can we do 3 days WFO in Bangalore and 2 days WFH from Native place( occasionally ,not every week) by following RTO properly??

Will managers get notified if a resource logs in outside of base location?
Is it risky to do this?
Any such scenarios happened and what action has been taken in such scenarios ?
