Currently I am unemployed. But I got an offer from Infosys and my DOJ was 19th February 2026. I got my OL on 10th February and completed my necessary documents upload on launchpad by 11th February. Today 12th February suddenly the BGV status in Launchpad showing Not ok to Onboard. I am having tension as HR is not replying to mail or msgs. I have to relocate to Bangalore for joining so I have already purchased the flight tickets. Please if any one guide what to do ?

I got selected in Infosys and offer was about to get release today but at last minute suddenly today infy HR told I was interviewed 5 months 20 days before in infosys so they cannot proceed now as 6 months cool off period. I am AWS cloud architect with 10yoe. For just 10 days difference they are stopping my offer even when I can join immediately in a week.. Please help in this situation what to do
