Anyone been able to work from Dubai for a UK/US firm and benefit from no taxes? So, I’m interviewing for a position that fits perfectly, HR likes my profile, had great conversations with them. Today I had a Panel interview with HR and the hiring manager. The manager is not experienced, it’s her first r manager role and she’s been in it for 3 months. I was prepared but was out of breath the entire interview, had a knot in my throat, had trouble finding my words. It’s like I had PTSD when this manager came into the picture. Ever had that?

How long it takes to get offer letter in LTI?
and where do we receive it, on mail or any portal?

I have joined LTI in May still no onboarding they just say we are trying for vdi access. If I get other opportunity outside can I join there and abscond from LTI. I have to repay to LTI my joining bonus and certification amount. It's near upto 2 lac & right now I can't pay. Will 3 months gap will affect my career if I abscond.

Joined LTI in June in Citi bank account. But still no onboarding. Many people waiting for VDI. Manager said it's freeze from Citi side process is slow. Now they have started releasing people. It's easy to get another project on bench. Will LTI ask to resign?
