I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

I have joined LTI in month of June. I have received email for welcome kit. But haven't received yet. Would like to know what the welcome kit consists of and by when we can expect. It's been 2 months now.

I have joined LTI in May still no onboarding they just say we are trying for vdi access. If I get other opportunity outside can I join there and abscond from LTI. I have to repay to LTI my joining bonus and certification amount. It's near upto 2 lac & right now I can't pay. Will 3 months gap will affect my career if I abscond.
