How long does it usually take to receive a formal offer letter from Capgemini after clearing all interview rounds, including the iMocha test and salary discussion? Application status in the career portal currently shows ‘Application Under Review.’ It has been a week, and I haven’t received a response from HR. Could someone please share their experience?

Is it a red flag when a recruiter talks about unrealistic benefits like getting a chance to fly to another state just to visit the client HQ all expense-free? Or is it really a thing? Let me know if you have experience like this.

Hi all,

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?

I am much stressed.. it’s only been 5 months to join Capgemini. I joined in as cyber security consultant with good package.
However, the work I do the tricks, logics and solutions I share with team to apply in the project… all are of no use when discussed with the architect guy. The whole team rely upon the wordings/solutions suggested by him only. It feels like my skill/knowledge and experience is of no use.
I feel like what am I doing here….? Any suggestions please.
