Need some clarifications about offer letter acceptance. What if you accept offer but at last did not join because you got another offer at last moment.? Do companies take any action on this ?

Had a socially distanced get together in my backyard (3 people) and it was difficult with convo....after talking about WFH/job related issues, we just kind of sat there with not much updates....anyone else struggling right now? Life just seems very bland

I am visiting Moab and Arches National Park this year, and would love to learn more about biking in/around the park!

Are you able to ride the bikes on the roads throughout the park?
If so, are there places to lock up the bike at trailheads and/or parking lots to take in?
I haven't been to this national park yet, so I was curious how it compares to Zion for example, where it is easy to bike from "stop to stop" to view the scenery or do a hike!

I used to work for Partner A in project financing and made the internal switch to work in Investment Funds team.
