I got on-campus placement in Tech Mahindra during the start of 4th year. Now it has been 1 year and they haven't provided any update regarding LOI / Offer letter.
Can anyone confirm if Tech Mahindra is actually going to take 2025 batch or the stopped hiring? Since college TPO doesn't have any updates from the company.

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

I got a decent offer from a competitive company ( in my domain ) and my current company countered that. I revoked my resignation and got the team internally changed, but still I am not liking the work. The other company work is better as per my analysis. I am planning to resign again as the other company is ready to match( better in a few aspects ). Will this be a good decision?

Hi folks need your suggestion here it would help me i guess . I have been working as manual tester for 3.5 years. I tried learning coding and felt difficult so gave up on that. Right now i feel i should switch to a customer facing role because i think it's a good fit for me and also it seems quite interesting and engaging. Most important question:

1. I was on bench in my company since April 2022, So since may I was started looking for the opportunities for better pay but didn't got any offer still attending interviews.
2. In June 2022 i got know that I will have to work on 2 client's project which will be 50% 50% allocation on both sides.
3. I will be getting offer soon from one of the MNC, In that case what should I do?? Should I resign or go ahead with 2 client's project in my organization??
