Right now i feel i should switch to a customer facing role because i think it's a good fit for me and also it seems quite interesting and engaging. Have on offer in hand with a better company for the role customer support specialist L3 . Should I take up this offer ? Or i can stay in Manual Testing my whole life ?

General corporate in NY looking to lateral into tech transactions at one of the EC/VC firms. I’ve heard that I may get a class cut if I make the move but I’m ok with that. My worry is that EC/VC firms are crazy busy work differently from general corp, I also won’t have control over my hours, and potentially worse based on how billing differs (block billing on a few clients vs having to work with 15 or more startups). Is the same true for tech trans or IP group?

Hello. Just curious on what's the salary ceiling for a manager position at Deloitte? Received a verbal offer and waiting on written offer. I was told by a recruiter that M at Deloitte doesn't make more than 180. Just curious if that's actually true and if anyone had experience negotiating higher salary than 180.

If I get a referral from someone and I apply, then can I still reach out to a recruiter on LinkedIn expressing interest in the role? And do I let them know that I already applied?
