I guess it's about time I posted in this Bowl 😅 I created this Bowl since there wasn't one like this at the time, and the "Tech" and "Digital Marketing" Bowls were much too broad.

I also created this Bowl in hopes of like-minded devs helping each other out, potential collaborations, mentorship, and code feedback/reviews.

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

I don't have any other offer as of now. What should I do?

How is RRP considered here.. is it from Jan-Dec or Mar-Feb?

Follow up post to my last post…My husband was laid off from the company where I also work. I am feeling really isolated / depressed about working and moving forward. I’m also getting to a stage where I’m really sad that people haven’t reached out to either my husband or myself to send well wishes or provide support. It’s like they don’t know what to say or I make them feel awkward so they don’t bother…I’m trying to focus on a few that have been supportive but it’s hard…Any words of advice? 😞
