Recently I had a Zoom interview for BR Staffing Solutions LLC in Youngstown OH as the role of a Accounting manager, they called, I got the job on hold for right after I graduate. Here is my situation: I’ve worked in different startups here and there accumulatively 3 years now. While I enjoyed my coworkers and how my employers treat the staff, as well as the wide range projects I get to be involved in, I feel like I’m stuck in a sense that I’m not learning and growing at the speed and depth I would like. Not sure whether to be honest or not in this situation. I have decided that I want to leave my job and do a masters degree. I’m planning to leave my job at the end of June, should I warn my boss now so she can start hiring? I don’t want her to be blindsided by my decision and hiring is very slow at the moment. Plus if they hire someone I can train the transition will be easier? But I don’t want to shoot myself in the foot if they were thinking or giving me a pay rise or promoting me?

Does anyone have a career coach they would recommend? Preferably someone familiar with creative fields. I’m trying to figure out if I want to transition out of marketing.
