I came to know that 450 grade are not eligible for annual performance bonus in jpmc is this is true ?
Annual Performance bonus will be getting from 5** grade
They will be getting only CEO bonus...
Can some suggest that is the above information is true ?

I was interviewed with Tata Consultancy for service management profile and selected next day third party company named Techorbit called and informed that I was selected and they asked me to send aadhar n pan and for rest of the documents they told me once offer letter have been released I need to submitt rest of the documents, on 23rd June I was informed this things and they have been given DOJ to be 18th July till now I dont have offer letter. How much time I have to wait for offer letter. ??

I discuss comp fairly early on, or at the end of the initial screening call. I’m paid well compared to Industry and if I were to move back, it would have to be for the right comp and responsibilities.
Most experienced recruiters understand you want an increase and not just a lateral to where you are. If you’re within their range they’ll let you know. If it’s too high, they’ll also let you know. Important for both sides to not waste each other’s time.
the role and expected salary after talking with the recruiter. I think I want to proceed with interviews, with the thinking that I’ll still have the chance to negotiate the salary. There isn’t much room for equity or bonus. Also, this is a start up.
How do I respond to the recruiter?
If possible defer Salary discussion as late as possible. If you can qualify for next leve thru interview why not try?
If the range is lower than your expected salary you can still continue as there are other ways companies can make up that - sign on bonus, additional RSUs etc
I actually applied for a more senior role that I knew I was underqualified for, but matched my desired salary range more. They got back to me but said I’d be a stronger fit for a less senior role.
I really like the company, role, and people so far, but giving cost or living, is basically be making the same as I currently am.
Also they said they typically provide a bonus that is 10% of the base, and that still doesn’t get me to where I want.
I ask for comp when a recruiter reaches out
