What a tough spot to be in. Try clearly laying out your transferable skills in your resume bullet points and cover letter. If you know what direction you want to go in, explain the story of how you decided to switch careers so that thr recruiters can clearly see the progression. Your current skills are worth something, you just have to explain so others can see it.
When you know what you want to do it's easier to sell the story. A bit harder for sure when you are still figuring things out. That just might mean tailoring your resume and cover letter to each job you apply to to highlight those skills the job requires. Try making a list of all the things you know/do/have experience with. It's pretty eye opening qnd hopefully will bring a bit of confidence. Then take that list, line it up against a job description you think you are capable of doing and ask yourself how can explain that I have this skill based on my current experience.
