Need advice on PwC AC hiring. I cleared all rounds and finished my Salary Discussion & BGC on March 18th for a Consulting role.

I still haven't received the formal offer letter. The recruiter says they are "waiting for confirmation from the US side."

Is this delay normal after salary talks? How long does US stakeholder approval typically take at this stage? Is this a standard process or a sign of a hiring freeze?

Hi all, I’m looking to learn about how one can transition from PwC AC to PwC India.
I joined PwC AC Bangalore as a fresher and have been working here for 13 months.
I was randomly assigned to SAP, but I’ve realised I really want to move away from this and move towards what I originally planned on pursuing i.e. data analysis, I was already well versed in ML and DL with python.
