Hey guys, lately I’ve been struggling to prove to my superiors at work my worth to their company while being a full time student. I get paid $21 an hour to be an assistant manager and now I am being branched into another location within the company. I am also a graphic designer for them. I have been with them since day one, yet I feel like I am in the dark about whats going on with the company that involves my job position and tasks. What should I do?

If so, what does that look like for you? Hi everyone,
I am curious to know what the salary range should be for a HR Mgr AMERICAS (North, Central, South) for the big 4 ? I have over a decade of experience in Employee Relations, Employment &Labour Law.

I think we’re seeing all these posts because LinkedIn “training” is telling people that they should post 3 types of content rotating.

1. Something about your company/product
2. Something about the broader industry you’re in
3. Something personal to you that is still somehow related to your job/industry

I’ve never posted the third type but I’m not a LinkedIn “influencer”

Serious question: Does anyone know if you can update your title on LinkedIn without it generating a self-congratulatory post? The volume that I’m seeing makes me think it’s mandatory.

Anyone here thought about creating a fake profile just to call out cringy posts? Any downsides?

I added a director on LinkedIn of a place where I actually wouldn’t mind working (I think..) and now I’m no longer shit posting. I also went through and cleaned up a bit of my past posts
