DB offer 24.5 LPA fixed.
Current org wants to retain match the offer. Both are in Finance domain. DB has offered an ITAO role.
I aspire to go on site with my 1.5 yrs old daughter and mother USA mostly. What should be my roadmap.
Suggest a better option for long term considering I am a single mother.
Tech stack : ITIL, Operations, Agile, SDLC, Release Mgmt.
My LWD is 28th April.

I’ve had a bad case of work anxiety ever since I started a new job ~7 months ago. The adjustment was ROUGH. I was making mistake after mistake. I powered through and somehow got glowing reviews at year end, with people saying I’ve moved past that point.
