Later that week they told me that they were going to be making an offer. Another week has gone by and still no offer. They said they are still working on it. Is this the new norm for recruiting? I am looking to join Deutsche Bank in the FO as a Strat ( Director ). HR mentioned a target bonus number, which is not guaranteed. Any idea, on average how close is the first year bonus : 80/90/100 ,% to the target bonus number ?

Is a target bonus number, given to only new joiners or is it given every year to all employees ?
