Harman @ 15 LPA (In Samsung Project and the will have to work from client side office i.e. Samsung office itself)

Both are in Product Engineering domain in the Embedded Systems space.

I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. I have been working with Walmart for the past 14 months and have recently got an offer from Blackrock for 45 LPA.
Considering the recession and US market scenario, help me understand if it will be a good move to join BlackRock OR should I continue with Walmart with the current compensation.

I am looking to join Deutsche Bank in the FO as a Strat ( Director ). HR mentioned a target bonus number, which is not guaranteed. Any idea, on average how close is the first year bonus : 80/90/100 ,% to the target bonus number ?

Is a target bonus number, given to only new joiners or is it given every year to all employees ?
