My monthly salary is around $6.4k after-tax. Living in NYC. Do you think it’s reasonable that I pay:
- about $1.5k on rent

Started a new job a year ago, high performer. My manager suggested a promotion to Product Manager since that‘s the work I’m doing, but that would be a 50% raise. Higher ups decided instead to make a “new role” (not PM), that has no analog in the company and is hard to price via Glassdoor, etc. I feel like this is to limit my promotion salary to something like 10% from where it currently is. I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.

Is the kharadi office going to be operational from the 1st of August?

I have an offer from Deloitte USI for Assistant Manager role.
In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.
Can you please help me with what generally Assistant Manager tasks in Deloitte USI are?
Any details or inputs are helpful.
