Anyone knows how to open a non-profit company?
Anyone with recent experience recruiting for Boston Consulting Group? Got in touch with a recruiter through referral, was directed to submit an application and already finished my pymetrics. Anyone know when I would be able to hear back and what the hiring timeline looks like? Recruiter suggested to get back in a few weeks but isn’t it too slow? McKinsey sent me an invite for 1st interview in a few days after they received my referral.

Much of acknowledging burnout centers around understanding what it truly is, what causes it AND a big part of that is having the vocabulary to speak intelligently about it, and to reflect on your own situation.
I credit Brene Brown’s thought leadership in this area for finally giving a name to what I intrinsically felt and have experienced for YEARS!
Without her research, sharing data, and starting the conversations around workplace toxicity, the power and COURAGE of removing leadership armor to be vulnerable and focused on building trust between people who work together, I don’t think I would have understood my isolation, mistrust, anxiety and emotional exhaustion at work.
I wish I had heard of Brene Brown and her work sooner.
Not sure how long it took, but how do I reset so I’m not always feeling burned out? Asking for a friend 😆
I am very fortunate that I have a friend that teaches about burnout so I knew, for certain, maybe about a month in (She gave me some awesome resources!). However, actually accepting that I was burned out took about 9 months. It was hard for me to admit that I couldn't "just push myself" through it.
I really hate that I had to go through it, but this year I'm in a similar situation, but I know the warning signs 😄
Oh, I knew I was burned out within a few months.
