Hello, can anyone please tell me what should be the fixed CTC range offered by TCS for Assistant general manager (AGM) Band 7 role for 15 years of experience for a banking project and what should be the performance bonus? Has anyone recently got offer from them? Do they give joining bonus, retention bonus, ESOP or any scope for negotiation in terms of compensation or title? Please let me know if any insights here.
