Senior manager vs director salary at doordash?
Hi everyone!
Debating between an offer from 200 employee company vs Zoom (the company).
The smaller company has good benefits, great wlb and a great culture per Glassdoor reviews. But its an HR software and not easy to sell.
Compensation is similar.
Never worked in a big company like zoom before, what are the pros, and the drawbacks?

Does anyone here work for Silicon Valley Bank? They recently acquired Boston Private. I’m a candidate for a job at Boston Private. Wondering if SVB is planning layoffs in the near term at BP? Also, does anyone know the anticipated benefits to be rolled out from SVB as the parent company? Specifically interested in health insurance providers. Thanks in advance for any information! Don't switch to LTI then, if they are not ready to give even basic hike then you shouldn't switch to that.
I get your point, but the company which is not valuing you and is so rigid then it's better not to join or may face trouble later,
Although there are several MNCs in which you might get selected as well.. So try for that.
What is your yoe and current ctc that lti is not been able to meet?
This has happened with me too. I interviewed for cognizant and Infosys, told them in the beginning what my expectations are but during the HR discussion they offered me less than my CTC, saying that this is their max limit for this yoe. They did not budge at all. So I think lti also wouldn't. My advice is to look for a job in a product based company.
Yeah, trying for other companies
Of course, counter question them that if you didn't have the budget then why all the interview process?! First things first.
I agree, if HR knew your current CTC and expectations wouldn't be matched with the budget constraints, why did they do interview process and consumed your time. You should ask them the straight question.
I agree if they cannot afford you right now, how can u plan and grow there. Hang in there u will find better one.
